Positive expreience this far from the overall product and solutions.  Just received the system - took a bit longer than usual, but when they commit a delivery time line, the stick to it.  The Customer Service (CS) team was excellent in keeping client updated on the progress and delivery schedule.  Installers did a professional job, efficient, experienced  and even debug the problematic motor on site. What is great is that they actually had spares in their van and they managed to get the issue of the motor resolved.  I took the package of the Ergoworks DuoRest chair. This chair is definitely one of the best long-hour chairs.  I literally wraps you back and spine providing an excellent comfort and feeling of comfort.  Highly recommended choice.

Our daughter just started Primary 1, and her books and supplies are much heavier than we expected! Her old bag isn’t suitable for the weight, so we decided to check out Ergoworks with no particular expectations. True to its name, the bag we found there is both functional and ergonomic, just right for a young child carrying a heavy load. The salesperson, Jason, was really knowledgeable, asking about our daughter’s daily routine in school (if she climbs any stairs for eg)  to help us choose the right bag. He also made sure the fit was just right by adjusting the bag on the spot. I’m impressed!
