Delivery Policy
HOW MUCH IS YOUR DELIVERY CHARGE?
For order amount $0 to $130, the delivery charge is $10. For order amount of $131 and above, delivery will be FREE within Singapore. The delivery charge is based on per trip per location. Please do wait for our delivery confirmation email to you after you order.
For Malaysia order, order amount below MYR 500 there will be delivery charge of MYR 70. Above MYR 500 is free of charge. For Sabah and Sarawak due to fluctuating delivery cost , please enquire us at enquiry@ergoworks.com.sg or via our chat support. We will be able to assist you with your order
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For stock items, all online orders will be fulfilled within 3 to 5 working days. Any indent and pre-order items, their delivery lead time are stated on the respective product page on our website.
For MY order, all ready stock online order will be fulfilled according to the 3PL delivery timeline. Timeline usually range from 3 days to 14 days.
DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKEND OR AFTER WORKING HOURS?
We practice and promote work-life balance, and delivery operates from Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. Shall delivery required on weekends, an additional delivery fee $60 will be imposed.
MY RENOVATION HAS YET TO COMPLETE. COULD YOU HOLD ON THE DELIVERY UNTIL MY PREMISES IS READY?
We hear you and will assist to extend holding period with no cost up to 60 days*. Should holding of products required beyond 60 days, a daily $10 warehouse charge will be imposed on each product listed on the invoice.
WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
All orders are delivered, installed, and set up by our experienced in-house installers & logistics specialists. We do not engage third party vendor.

DO THESE CHAIRS ASSEMBLED?
The indicated price is inclusive of assembly and installation by our experienced in-house installers & logistics specialists. Moreover, our team will assist home shifting, moving upstairs to make sure your new Ergoworks furniture fits your workspace perfectly.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN MY ITEM STOPPED WORKING OR REQUIRED A SERVICE?

In order to expedite your case at faster pace, we encourage customers submit their name, contact and details (pictures / video) of the faults. Our after sales support team will respond within 3 to 5 business days
HOW DO I REGISTER THE WARRANTY FOR MY PURCHASE?
Registration for any of the warranty is not mandatory since, all items carry barcode and serial number and will be auto captured in our system when shipped out from the warehouse.
However, you can also register the warranty eligible purchase item/s via here to speed up the warranty claim process.
WHAT DOES YOUR ONSITE WARRANTY COVERS?
Our onsite warranty will cover all parts and labour, which means you are always one call away from our hassle-free after-sales support.

HOW TO WASH YOUR BAG?
Do not machine wash the bag, due to special materials applied within the bag's structure, any harsh machine wash would distort the shape of the bag. In any case for a deep wash required, please ensure handwashing fast and lightly and also ensure the bag air dry thoroughly before storage or next use.
Place the bag indoor or outdoor to air dry thoroughly, remember you MUST NOT place the bag directly under the sun, as the strong ultraviolet will fade off the material’s exterior color and coating.
HOW TO REMOVE DIRT ON INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR BAG?
We recommend you use warm diluted cleaning solution/detergent with a soft brush or used toothbrush to remove any stubborn dirt on the bag's exterior. For all general cleaning, you may use a damp cloth to clean dirt/dust on both interior and exterior of the bag.
