Begin by checking with the official Ergoworks channel where you purchased your product to determine if it's still under warranty and eligible for replacement or repair.If your product is still under warranty, you'll need to provide the following information:

  • A description of the issue and a photograph or video which clearly identifies the product as well as the issue. If a close-up image is needed to clearly show the area of concern, please send multiple images. When appropriate, a video may be requested (i.e., squeak or unusual movement).
  • If the original order records are missing, the place of purchase should assist you with identifying the following required information:
  1. Invoice or proof of purchase
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Customer contact details

The product details and proof of purchase are typically required to initiate a claim through our support channels. Claims may be submitted via email at wecare@ergoworks.com.sg or through the official website.
