Warranty Coverage

Ergoworks offers warranty coverage for its products sold and delivered within Singapore. This warranty is valid only for purchases made through:

  • Ergoworks official retail stores in Singapore
  • The Ergoworks official website (ergoworks.com.sg)

The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Ergoworks Customer Support or send an email to  enquiry@ergoworks.com.sg
  2. Provide your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  3. Submit photographs of the defect or product condition
  4. Upon verification, Ergoworks will advise on repair, replacement, or part servicing option

Any replaced items or repaired components do not extend the original warranty period.

Service Availability

Warranty service is available only within Singapore. On-site servicing may be offered depending on the product type and issue reported.
