Shipping policy

At Ergoworks, we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered safely and efficiently. The following terms outline our delivery arrangements and responsibilities.


Delivery Charges

Free delivery is available for the following orders within Singapore:

  • In-store purchases above $500
  • Online purchases of small items above $130
  • Online purchases of bulky items above $600

For orders that do not meet the minimum qualifying amounts:

  • Small items: A delivery fee of $10 per delivery location will apply.
  • Bulky items: Additional delivery charges may apply if the minimum spend of $600 is not met.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be confirmed prior to delivery.


Delivery Attempt Policy

Ergoworks will make one (1) delivery attempt to the address indicated on the delivery order.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or other circumstances at the delivery location, subsequent delivery attempts will incur a charge of $80 + GST per trip.


Delivery Schedule

Delivery dates and time slots provided are estimates only.

While Ergoworks will make every reasonable effort to meet the scheduled delivery timing, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances and will not be accepted as grounds for cancellation of the order.


Inspection of Goods

Customers are required to inspect all goods upon delivery.

Any missing items or visible defects must be reported to Ergoworks within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.


Delivery Access & Installation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that adequate access is available for delivery, including lifts, staircases, corridors, and doorways.

If delivery or installation cannot be completed due to restricted access, insufficient space, or safety concerns, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or return.

Ergoworks will not be responsible if products cannot fit through access points or within the intended installation space at the delivery location.

Customers must also ensure sufficient workspace clearance for the safe installation and operation of sit-stand desks.

Ergoworks will not be liable for damage to walls, flooring, furniture, electrical fixtures, or surrounding items caused by insufficient clearance or improper placement of the product.


Payment Requirement

All orders must be fully paid before delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted.


Disposal of Old Furniture

Ergoworks does not provide disposal services for old furniture. Customers are responsible for arranging the disposal of existing furniture prior to delivery if required.


Force Majeure

Ergoworks reserves the right to cancel or delay orders without liability in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Material shortages
  • Labour disruptions
  • Industrial disputes
  • Fires, floods, or severe weather
  • War, civil disturbances, or acts of God

In such cases, any deposit paid will be refunded without interest.


Storage & Holding Fee

If a customer requests to delay delivery beyond the agreed delivery timeline, or if goods remain uncollected, Ergoworks reserves the right to impose a storage and holding fee of $80 per year.


Unaccepted Deliveries

If the customer fails to accept delivery within one (1) month from the confirmed delivery date, the order may be deemed cancelled.

Ergoworks reserves the right to dispose of the goods at its discretion, and any payments made may be forfeited.


Delivery Liability

While Ergoworks and its delivery partners exercise care during transportation and installation, unexpected incidents may occur during delivery.

By accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges that Ergoworks shall not be liable for incidental damage such as minor scratches or dents that may occur during the delivery process where reasonable care has been exercised.

Ergoworks shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use, loss of profits, or other economic damages.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including:

  • Delivery address
  • Access limitations
  • Building restrictions
  • Any special requirements for safe delivery

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delivery delays or additional charges.
