Delivery and assembly
- 2 on-site servicing during the subscription period (scheduled about 12 and 24 months from start date)
- On-site warranty coverage during the subscription period (parts and labour fee service fee incl. accidental damage such as impact damages, misuse, water spill may incur additional charges)

The subscription period is fixed at 36 months

The monthly subscription fee starts from $38. Fees may vary depending on the chosen desk or chair. Your sales representative will advise you on the actual fee payable.

You may decide from the following options when your subscription ends:

- Extend your current subscription for 12 months, or
- Return the desk or chair to Aquarius Kin, or
- Start a new subscription with the latest desk, chair or combination models for 36 months, or
- Take over the ownership of the desk, chair or combination with a small one-time fee

You must notify us in writing via email (aquariusops@gbhelios.com.sg) at least 60 days before the end date of your subscription otherwise you will be deemed to have decided to return the desk, chair or combination at the end of your subscription.

No, subscriptions are non-cancellable once the desk or chair is delivered to you. If you cancel early, you shall be charged the total remaining subscription fees for the entire subscription period.

You will be assisted by an Ergoworks sales rep on the following sign-up process:

- Check your subscription budget instantly using Singpass Myinfo submission
- Choose your desk, chair or combination and delivery date
- Pay the first 2 months subscription fee to Ergoworks upon issuance of sales order
- Sign the lease agreement using Sign with SingPass
 
You will receive a copy of the signed lease agreement via email upon completing the process.

- Your subscription will start on the date that your desk or chair is delivered to you.
- You do not have to make any payments for the first 2 months as you have paid the first 2 months fee at the point of signing up for the subscription.
- Subsequent payments will start from the third month onwards till the end of the subscription period.
- For example, if your desk was delivered to you on 1 January 2026, your subsequent monthly payments will be on the 1st of every month from March 2026 onwards till the end of your subscription period.

- During the subscription period, monthly invoices will be emailed to you, indicating the amount due and deduction date.
- GIRO payment is encouraged to avoid missed payments. Ensure your bank account has sufficient funds before the deduction date.

Please ensure your designated bank account has sufficient funds before the deduction due date indicated on the invoice.
