This website is operated by Ergoworks Lifestyle Pte Ltd (“Ergoworks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing this website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.


1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that:

  • You have obtained consent from a parent or guardian if a minor is using this website.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

3. Products and Availability

Certain products may be available exclusively online through our website and may have limited quantities.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit sales of products to any person, region, or jurisdiction
  • Limit quantities of products or services offered
  • Change product descriptions, pricing, or availability without prior notice
  • Discontinue products at any time

We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be completely accurate.


4. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us.

Orders may be limited or cancelled if:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Products become unavailable

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

All payments must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed.


5. Delivery

Delivery services are provided within Singapore and are subject to the following conditions:

Delivery Charges

Free delivery is available for in-store purchases above SGD $500 and online purchases above SGD $130.

For purchases below these amounts, a delivery fee of SGD $10 applies for a single delivery location within Singapore.

Delivery Attempts

Ergoworks will make one delivery attempt to the delivery address provided by the customer.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect delivery details, or restricted access, a re-delivery charge of SGD $80 + GST per trip will apply.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery dates and time slots provided are estimates only and may be subject to change due to operational or logistical circumstances.

While Ergoworks will make reasonable efforts to meet the scheduled delivery timeframe, delays may occasionally occur and do not constitute valid grounds for order cancellation or compensation.

Inspection of Goods

Customers are advised to inspect all goods upon delivery.

Any missing, incorrect, or visibly damaged items should be reported to Ergoworks on the same day of delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.


5.1 Failed Delivery or Refusal of Delivery

If a scheduled delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Customer not being present at the delivery location
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided
  • Inaccessible delivery location
  • Customer refusal to accept the goods upon arrival

Ergoworks reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee of SGD $80 + GST per trip.

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, Ergoworks reserves the right to place the order on hold until further instructions are received from the customer.

For customised, indent, or special order items, cancellation or refusal of delivery after dispatch may not be eligible for refunds.


5.2 Customer Responsibility for Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is suitable and accessible for the delivery and installation of the purchased products.

Customers should ensure:

  • Adequate space for product placement
  • Sufficient access through doorways, lifts, staircases, and corridors
  • Clearance for large items such as desks and chairs

Ergoworks shall not be responsible if the product cannot fit through entrances, lifts, or staircases at the delivery location.

Any additional services required, including dismantling, rescheduling, or re-delivery, may incur additional charges.


6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by the Ergoworks Refund Policy.

In general:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customised items, indent items, clearance items, sales items, and after-sales parts are not eligible for return

7. Warranty

Ergoworks products are covered under our Product Warranty Policy.

The warranty:

  • Applies only to the original purchaser
  • Covers manufacturing defects under normal usage
  • Is valid only for purchases made through authorised Ergoworks sales channels

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation or misuse
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Accidental damage

8. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information available on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or not current.
