Refund policy

Return And Exchange

We will examine the returned product and evaluate the condition of the product. Following our examination and evaluation, we will either replace the item, if it is returned due to defects, or provide you with a refund.

The reasons for return could be due to the following reasons:

  • You have cancelled the contract between us
  • You have notified us that you do not agree to any change in our Terms of Service or in any of our Policies
  • You claim that the product is defect

 

If you have requested a refund we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay. We will process the refund as soon as possible.

Products returned by you because of a defect within seven-day period will be exchanged at our cost.

A claim by you that the quantity of the Products delivered falls short of the quantity ordered shall be notified to us within 2 days from the date of delivery. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability in respect of such shortfall and you shall be bound to pay the price as if the Products had been delivered in accordance with the Contract.

The cost of return and shipping fee incurred will be borne by you.

Returns must be done within 7 working days from the shipping date.

Items must remain in original packaging in order to be eligible for return.

Do note that sale and discounted items (including items purchased using discount codes) are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
